Live Learning T&C

Effective Date: 22/04/2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for "Live Learning" sessions (workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions) hosted by Tyfu Learning Ltd. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Delivery and Platform

1.1. Google Meet: All live sessions are held via Google Meet. It is the learner's responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device and a stable internet connection.

1.2. Invitations: Upon successful booking, a Google Meet invitation will be delivered automatically to your registered email address. If you do not receive this within one hour of booking, please contact info@tyfulearning.co.uk.

1.3. Punctuality: It is the learner's responsibility to join the session on time. Trainers are not required to restart content or provide catch-up materials for those who arrive late.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. The 24-Hour Rule: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund provided you give more than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

2.2. Late Cancellations: No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time, or for "no-shows."

2.3. Quality Guarantee: We pride ourselves on expert delivery. A refund will be considered if the training is deemed "not adequate" (e.g., the trainer demonstrates a clear lack of subject knowledge or is unable to deliver the planned content).

2.4. Technical Issues: No refunds will be provided for minor technical glitches (e.g., temporary audio lag) if the trainer continues to teach to an effective level. If a session is completely abandoned due to a Tyfu-side technical failure, a full refund or a seat in a future session will be offered.

3. Self-Employed Trainers

3.1. Expert Delivery: Live Learning sessions are delivered by expert, self-employed trainers contracted by Tyfu Learning Ltd.

3.2. Professional Views: The views and pedagogical examples shared by trainers are their professional insights and do not necessarily reflect the views of Tyfu Learning Ltd, nor do they constitute legal advice.

4. Conduct and Removal

4.1. Disruption: To ensure a positive experience for all, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior.

4.2. Right to Remove: The trainer has the absolute right to remove any individual from a live session if they are causing a disruption or breaching our conduct standards. In the event of removal for conduct, no refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. No Recording: Learners are strictly prohibited from recording (video or audio) the live sessions.

5.2. Materials: Any resources or slides shared during the session are for your personal professional use only and must not be redistributed or sold.

6. Liability

6.1. Educational Purpose: Live sessions are for professional development and educational purposes only. Tyfu Learning Ltd and its trainers are not liable for any professional decisions made by the learner based on the session content.

6.2. Limitation: As per our general terms, Tyfu Learning Ltd’s liability is limited to the cost of the session booked, except where prohibited by the laws of England and Wales.
