These Terms and Conditions apply to all individual purchases of digital courses and subscriptions within the "Tyfu Zone." By purchasing a course or a subscription, you enter into a legally binding contract with Tyfu Learning Ltd.

1. Access and License

​

1.1. Single User License: Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one individual to access the content.

1.2. No Group Sharing: Sharing your account credentials or displaying Tyfu courses to a group (e.g., in a staff meeting or classroom) is a breach of these terms. If you require group access, please contact us for a B2B Institutional License.

1.3. Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your Tyfu account, you will immediately lose access to all purchased PAYG content and active subscriptions. No refunds will be provided in this scenario.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

​

2.1. Auto-Renewal: Annual and monthly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle using the payment method on file.

2.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

2.3. Mid-Term Access: If you cancel a subscription before the end of the paid term, you will retain access to the Tyfu Zone until the end of that billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are provided for the remaining period.

2.4. PAYG Access: Pay-As-You-Go courses provide "lifetime" access for as long as Tyfu Learning Ltd operates the platform and you maintain an active account.

3. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period & Refunds

​

3.1. Statutory Right: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order and request a full refund.

3.2. No "Satisfaction" Refunds: Refunds will not be granted based on personal preference, a dislike of the content style, or a perceived lack of learning. We provide the tools; the outcome depends on the learner's application.

3.3. Technical Issues: Refunds for "broken" content will only be considered if the content is consistently non-functional. Minor typographical or grammatical errors do not constitute "broken" content.

3.4. Right to Rectify: Before a refund is issued for technical faults, Tyfu Learning Ltd must be given 14 days to rectify the reported issue following a formal notification to info@tyfulearning.co.uk.

4. Course Completion and Certification

​

4.1. Certificates & Badges: Most courses in the Tyfu Zone offer a digital certificate and badge upon 100% completion.

4.2. Exceptions: Certain "Toolkits" or resource-based modules are designed for reference only and do not feature certificates or badges. This will be clearly stated in the course description.

5. The AI Tutor Support Tool

​

5.1. Not Professional Advice: The AI Tutor is a support tool designed to assist with course navigation and concept clarity. It does not constitute legal, pedagogical, or professional advice.

5.2. No Liability: Tyfu Learning Ltd cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies provided by the AI Tutor. All critical classroom decisions or legal interpretations (e.g., regarding Data Security) should be verified against official statutory guidance.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Termination

​

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you engage in:

  • Piracy: Recording, screen-grabbing, or downloading content to share on external platforms.

  • Account Sharing: Allowing other individuals to use your login credentials.

  • Abuse: Any discriminatory, racist, or abusive behavior within course comments or community forums.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

7.1. Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7.2. Educational Purpose Only: All content is for educational purposes. Tyfu Learning Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the course material in a professional or personal capacity.

7.3. Uptime: While we strive for 100% availability, we are not liable for outages caused by our hosting provider (Wix). As our content is not time-restricted, learners are encouraged to return to the site once service is restored.
