Terms and Conditions Summary (Tyfu Learning Ltd) This document governs the purchase and use of eLearning Courses (digital content) and Live Learning Sessions (service). 1. Access & Intellectual Property (IP): Courses grant a perpetual, non-transferable license for the lifetime of the Course. Sessions are live service events delivered by a trainer. All materials (Courses, downloads, Session content) remain the property of Tyfu Learning Ltd. You are granted a limited license for personal use only. Sharing logins, copying, reproducing, or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund. Sessions may be recorded for internal quality control and deleted within 14 days; clients do not receive copies. 2. Certificates & Disclaimer: Certificates are provided as evidence of structured learning (CPD). Tyfu Learning Ltd is not externally accredited and makes no guarantee that any professional body will accept the certificate. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Liability for indirect loss is limited as permitted by law. 3. Refund and Cancellation Policy (UK Legal Compliance): This section reflects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013). Statutory 14-Day Right: Customers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel. Waiver of Right (Crucial Compliance Point): Courses (Digital Content): The 14-day right is lost once the customer begins accessing or downloading any of the Course materials. This loss is conditional on the customer giving explicit, affirmative consent and acknowledgement before supply begins (i.e., by clicking a mandatory checkbox). Sessions (Live Service): The 14-day right is lost once the Session is fully performed (i.e., starts and ends). Change of Mind (Sessions Only): If the waiver is lost, cancellations for Sessions are subject to a commercial policy: a full refund requires 24 hours or more written notice before the scheduled start time. Less than 24 hours results in no refund. Faulty Content/Service: If the Course is not of satisfactory quality, or the Session is not provided with reasonable care and skill, customers are entitled to a repair/replacement first. If that fails, they are entitled to a price reduction, up to a full refund.
