A New Era of Live Learning: Tyfu Learning Welcomes Expert Educators Kamal and Amy Nicol

Tyfu Learning, an innovative start-up dedicated to transforming the e-learning landscape, is thrilled to announce a defining milestone. We are officially launching our much-anticipated live, interactive training sessions, a core component of our mission to put learners first. This exciting new chapter is being spearheaded by a hand-picked team of self-employed educators who perfectly embody our core philosophy: "Teachers know best."

For too long, online learning has been dominated by passive, lecture-based formats that fail to engage or inspire. At Tyfu Learning, we are challenging that status quo. We believe that "true learning" is an active, engaging, and collaborative process. This new initiative marks our definitive move away from one-way information dumps and toward dynamic sessions where interaction, application, and learner participation are paramount.

To launch this vision, we have brought in foundational educators whose experience is rooted in pedagogy, not just corporate training. We are delighted to introduce Kamal and Amy Nicol.

Kamal brings a wealth of creativity and leadership insight to the team. With a BA (Hons) in Interactive Design and 19 years of frontline experience teaching Art and Design to 11–18-year-olds, he has spent his career mastering the art of engagement. Having also served 10 years as a middle leader, Kamal has a deep, practical understanding of how to "inspire, motivate, and bring out the best in others"—the very essence of the soft skills he will be teaching.

Joining him is Amy Nicol, a qualified primary teacher with nine years of experience. Amy's expertise is perfectly suited to our e-learning mission, as she has supported and taught children both in the classroom and online. Crucially, Amy has also led and delivered online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events for fellow educators, sharing best practices and promoting effective teaching strategies in a virtual environment. Her passion is "creating engaging, supportive learning experiences that help every learner build confidence."

This powerful combination of expertise is the bedrock of our new offering. We don't just have one 'style'. We have:
