Unpacking Personal Triggers - Pinpointing the specific professional demands and personal stressors driving your unique experience of burnout. Immediate Interventions - Learning foundational, actionable steps to reclaim your basics (like sleep and breaks) and establish critical work-life boundaries. Scaling Up Support - Strategies for addressing systemic issues by communicating with your manager and leveraging confidential resources like your Employee Assistance Program (EAP). By the end of this course, you will be able to: ✅ Conduct an honest self-assessment of your current stress and potential burnout symptoms. ✅ Identify the primary personal and professional factors contributing to your current state of well-being. ✅ Implement immediate, practical steps for self-intervention and seeking professional support.
